12–70 people · A projector in every room · Restaurant in the house
A meeting that ends in a proper dinner — without anyone moving to another address halfway through the day.
A meeting in the middle of town
The house stands on the bank of the River Aura in central Turku, walking distance from everything. Four private rooms cover twelve to seventy participants.
What separates us from a hotel meeting room is simple: when the working day ends, nobody has to go anywhere. The same house gives you the morning session, lunch and dinner — and the dinner is a restaurant dinner, not the last line of a conference package.
Every room except Juhlasali is available during restaurant opening hours whenever there is space. Juhlasali is arranged separately.
Equipment and table layouts
Kajuutta — a 55-inch screen and HDMI. One table for twelve, so the whole group faces each other.
Kompassi — a large screen, a high-quality projector, HDMI. For 20–34 participants.
Lyhty — a large screen, a high-quality projector, HDMI. A vaulted room for 25–50.
Juhlasali — an electrically lowered screen, a high-quality projector, HDMI. Up to seventy.
Tables can be set in any layout the room allows: boardroom, U-shape, classroom or separate group tables. Kajuutta has one fixed table for twelve.
Tell us the number of participants and the layout when you book, and the room will be ready when you arrive.

What it costs
There is no separate room hire. Instead we agree a minimum spend — the amount the group eats and drinks during the occasion.
Occasions starting before 4 pm carry no minimum spend at all. A daytime meeting with lunch therefore costs nothing for the room itself.
Tell us the group size, the date and the time and we will give you the figure directly.

Twelve people. That is the size of Kajuutta, and it seats them at a single table.
There is no separate room hire, and occasions starting before 4 pm carry no minimum spend either — you pay for what you eat and drink. Tell us the group size and the timing and we will be more specific.
Yes, and that is the whole point. The same house handles the session, lunch and dinner, so the group never has to move.
